Reviews for "Aidan's Wonder mini demo"

cool

when will you finish it?

korded responds:

Can't say just yet, but it'll be sometime later into this year.

Pretty good!

I like the concept how I have to use the mouse. Not just clicking, but dragging and stuff... Finish the game I think it's worth being on newgrounds!

korded responds:

Thanks, and the demo only shows a small bit of what will be possible in the full version.

Stunning

I love the simplicity of the art style, yet it's not badly drawn or animated. Beautiful work there! I like the way it's not too obvious as well with what you have to do. Means you have to click around a bit and see what's what. I have to say i enjoyed being able to drag things around, that's different. It's not usually found in games, adds a nice little perk there, and i did spend a couple of minutes just opening and closing things :) I also loved the floorboard, nice work. Not really obvious until you step on it. The hat under the bed was cute as well ^.^ He looks sweet in it. And as for breaking the doorknob? That just made me laugh! Mum will love this =.=
All in all a delightful little demo if a bit short. I hope the whole thing will be up soon! I very much look forward to playing it :) Excellent work and thank you!

korded responds:

Thank you, appreciate the review and glad you liked it!

Storybook like

I really enjoyed the demo, and loved the animation style. It definitely reminded me of a storybook. I see that someone already mentioned the hand being so far away from the mouse, I agree that made gameplay a little confusing for me and hard to get things done. Overall, great job, I can't wait until the full version comes out. (:

korded responds:

Appreciate it! Hand issue will be rectified.

Looking forward to it

Pretty fun, I love point n click, also adventures with simple stories. I've never heard of a game with a boy exploring with his imaginary friend (me I assume) so it's pretty original so far. I've felt the fun playing just the one room, so I know the rest will be nice. Sorry, I don't think I have any inputs for improvement since it seems pretty nice and complete.
