I've studied Hamlet in particular a great deal and I must confess I don't think this animation correctly captures the meaning of the soliloquy. I mean this is his inner turmoil of whether or not to carry out the grimly task which will damn him, or to commit suicide which would also damn him, it just doesn't feel like this animation really says anything about that. This is supposed to be a debate on existance, this is where the lines of sanity become blurred. All of these examples of pain and suffering make this scene hectic and fast paced, however your flash is slow and uninspiring, in fact you use the same background which contradicts the imagery. I also think you could have used a better audio for that, it wasn't very strong.

i'll be honest

it wasnt bad the voice work was solid and the drawings were uninspired overdone anime but really that's just the over popularization of anime getting to me the animation is where you need to work your images are decent but dont be afraid of a lil fbf at times i saw you trying to avoid as little redrawing as possable and the animation was really shaky and just looked weak over all it's not bad better than most of the submissions and i think you have potential i just wish you would try and be a little more original in your character designs even if you do see to like "random insanity" and like anime just try n change it a little bit at least so it sorta has your own feel annnnnyyyyyyyyywhhhhhhoooooooooo good work

I'm not quite sure what you mean by the first part. This is my drawing style and those are my original character designs from my original comic. I've been drawing like this since I was a child, and I'm not about to change it because you think anime is over- popularized or "everywhere".

Yes, I was trying got a drawing redrawing but not for the reason you're thinking. I had a little under 2 weeks to put this together so yes the animation was going to be pretty weak. But thanks, I'll keep that in mind the next time I make something.
