Lacks inspiration.
The voice acting. There's no personality behind it. The animation is so stiff... The timing of the jokes is ok.
This good have been really funny and fun to watch. It's not bad... I would start by saying each line differently a few times. Don't keep one till it makes you laugh yourself. Then I would use less tweening and try for more frame by frame.
The end result is way worth the time, and your scores will reflect that.

The idea was good!
The idea you had, as in the concept was very clever! Unfortunately, the animation looked a bit rushed and the voice acting was minimal. Take more time when you create flash! Make it seamless in your animation and use enthusiasm when you speak! In this way, your intelligent ideas won't be coupled with amateur flash. :D

For some reason I had the montage song from Team America in my head, just replacing "montage" with "health bar" the whole time.
was a good idea, but
the idea of the flash is great, and i like how you thought outside the box on that.
but, the voice acting was horrible everything sounded like it was going through a 2 dollar microphone, and the jokes weren't really all that funny.
the animation is good, but the humor is lacking, keep tyring
