Funny idea, I like your jokes.
However, the voice acting seem to be a bit too slow, it will be great that you actually speed up the vioce.

Could be better.
The voices seemed a little unfitting to the characters at times (Scout in particular) and there could have been a little more... life to the animation, I suppose. It was a very good idea, though!
It's just little details you need to work on.
For example, you could have had Megaman roll his eyes and loosen his posture or something after he died in the spike pit for the second time.
I dunno. Standalone drawings were good, but animation, dude, animation. :3
ahh. that was worth it.
its not great though. but enough that i say well done. i found it funny. and anyone else is just in a dry mood. it was simple humor. and thats good stuff.
