Reviews for "The Clown Downstairs"

Interesting

This was a good animation. Extremely disturbing.. but good. It kept my attention all the way through and I kept on trying to figure if the clown was dead or not.

Wow. o_o

That's really good for your first time. o_o The artwork is detailed and creepy. The creepiness is not forced like a lot of movies or games either. I like creepiness, especially when it's natural like that. lD
By the way, what kind of animation was that anyway? Bone? Vector point? Layer?
I know it there was some frame by frame but the way the arm and shoulder was attached to the torso I thought there was a little bone.

I don't know much at all about animation, I'm a total amateur - but the blue clown creature was done using tweening (mainly because he turned out too complex to do frame by frame) and the bug is frame by frame - its all done using Adobe Flash CS3... layer I suppose - Sorry I can't be of more help...
Thanks for the words!

is this from silent hill?

if i didnt no any better i say this was copyright fraud and wouldnt believe this ur 1st animation i bet u practice lol anyway creepy and good job keep it up just dont make me **** my pants plz

JohnDavidHeptinstall responds:

haha no i'm a big fan of silent hill, having admittedly played most of the games - I don't believe cannabalistic bugs who eat away at blue clowns appear lol - thanks for the review!

heheh....

Other then the most twisted thing I have seen in a long time, this brings back memories.
This is who I expect to see in the next Silent Hill game- Possibly a boss, lol.

Goodjob!

JohnDavidHeptinstall responds:
