Reviews for "Robot Wants Kitty"

Hoo boy

This was pretty fun, although I do have at least one complaint.
The blind long-jump before the Rocket Riser?
That is patently, undeniably, bad game design. It would be a perfectly fine jump if the screen could scroll Mario style, or if the landing spot were visible. As is, it is just a terribly designed bit of player-hate.

Also, the music gets a little grating/old, but the mute option makes that relatively moot.

Hamumu responds:

All the rocketing over goo is completely safe as in no enemies on the other side and a wall to stop you (and too far to see, so I'm not sure what makes that one unique!). No player-hate involved. Not sure how you died there, there's nothing on the other side... or maybe I just always autofire across first and kill it? I don't remember. The intent was that they always be safe though. They had to be too long to see because otherwise they'd be double-jumpable.

Perhpas this is just me

However there seems to be a slight glitch, the buttons don't work. I can use arrows to move and up to jump but I can't use z or x to fire lazers.

great game

only problem with this is after i was at the 20 min mark or whatever. i just finished faceing the blue blob thing that shot out stuff like everywhere and i dashed into the green door ahead of it, only to find it pushed me under the game and there was no way back up. i dont know if u can fix this at all, but otherwise great game

lol

nice game. and: if you have 42 minutes, you didn't play for that time. every tikme you die, you got xtra time... the first time i played this game: 55 minutes...
now 15 minutes. that big blue monster is irritating me

Nice

I liked Robot wants fishy more, because the world was much more vivid, more enemys, bigger, kind of Comander Keen (great game, too!)
The gameplay was in this part a bit easier, since you hadn't jump from the perfect place to get to the next platform.
I also didn't like the dashing/flying in one direction or jumping down without knowing if I would die by aliens or the green lava.
:)
