Wonderful Game, simple metaphor.
The game is very well made and I love the subtly hidden metaphor about dependence.
YES PEOPLE THIS GAME IS ABOUT SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND DEPENDENCE,
Playing through all three endings, the metaphor starts to come together. I don't understand what all the confusion on the message in the reviews is about.
i want to say...
the girl is a metaphor for reliance on self inflicted pain..but i'm not too sure. Some clarification about the game would be fantastic =]

and I think I get the end with the hospital in that it shows the girl is just in his mind and he does stuff to put himself into that state to see her and the reason he's in the hospital is because he needed to see this girl and did something to himself and that's why she was fading near the end because he was waking.
I give this 7/10 stars
This is a really good game you should try out as many combos you can think of. It is fun and it can be hard to think of how to answer the answers. This game is about relinging on someone.
