I really wanted to like this.
The Design, Graphics, Concept, and Gameplay actually seem to be spot on.
Before I actually began to play the game, I looked at the achivements and noticed there were thirty levels and a medal that gave you one for 10 lives lost and 30 lives lost. I thought, this may be like a cooler version of I Wanna Be The Guy or something like that, and I was right.
I loved the style and the concept behind the story, It was really spot on and I actually enjoyed it. For about 10 levels. After that I started to realize that every time you hit something with your head you fly downwards like a brick, which didnt help AT ALL on stage 20 I think It was.
I thought I was gonna get lucky and get around 20 lives lost, but I had to quit on stage 23 because I had lost 202 Lives at that point. I see you like Kaizo Mario, but I'm sad to say Kaizo Mario has fluid control (Mainly because it was a Mario game), but this needs a lot of work.
This game is great, but if it wasnt for the bad controls it wouldnt be so bad. I also disliked dying on enemies I didnt even touch, the Spinning Blades kill you as long as you're standing next to them, and I dont need that. I wouldnt say its a bad game, but the controls make it unplayable for me. I'd rather play Kaizo Mario, which is about 20 times harder, but I know I can do it at some point, but here I feel hopelessly trying for something thats not going to happen. I'm 5/5ing this because of everything other than Control. Needs work, but I'd love to see a Action Frog 2.
