Woo!
Usually these serious shorts with amateur voice-acting come off as melodramatic, boring, and shitty. This was a little bit of that at times, but overall, it was original, visually and intellectually interesting. It's both aesthetically interesting and varied, a valid and good experiment.
One criticism: your front shot of Larry looks rather un-alive. Like some piece of clipart or something you traced out of a bitmap. I wonder if the Adam Phillips style of drawing people (as in "Hitchhiker") would work for you.
Maybe a few improvements on the monologue would be a smart decision, too. Those coughs sounded rather out of place, not to mention fake-ish.
