Reviews for "The Heart and the Hand p2"

very good

quite funny and good flow of animations but the music was kind of random dont ya think>?

Bobert-Rob responds:

I, uh, suppose? I'm not quite sure what you mean by random music, heh. Thanks for watching, though.

kind of dissapointing

i loved the last animation, an this was was really good as well put i thought the ending wasnt the best you could have done. it feels a little rushed like you just wanted to get it done.

Bobert-Rob responds:

Well, it certainly wasn't rushed in any sense of the word, everything that's in there is as it's supposed to be. I suppose the ending could be seen as weak to some, but I never wanted a moral telling tale. It's a comedy and all. Thanks for watching anyway!

I've felt this before...

I'm not talking about pt1, it just feels like a session of The Sims, everything from the elementary percussion to the minimalist dialogue.
The story was sweet, if a tad confusing; but your art loses something without voicework.
I mean, you and your brothers typically churn audio masterpieces, but I suppose I'm missing the point...

The ending

The animation was very nice to look at and the character Glenn was very relatable.
But the ending did not make any sense to me.
It did not seem like something that Glenn would do.
I could bash Annie for being completely unrelatable but I will not.

Because of these things I gave you an 8 instead of a 10.
But I would be fooling myself to think that you will adjust any animations for me.

Bobert-Rob responds:

Hey, the guy really likes art. That's all that needs to be said there. It's not like he hates her, he just likes art more.
Glad you enjoyed what you did though! :D

Adorably Fantastic

I have to say by far my most favorite scene in this entire thing is the resolution, but to really appreciate that you have to see the whole animation of which i am glad to do :) i watched the first part of the animation before the second part came out so when i finished that first part i was anxious to see the second part and excited when i finally got the chance. let me tell you, i am not disappointed at all. I've always loved your work it always makes me laugh so its greatly refreshing to see something simply touching as well as humorous. Im also glad that i understood the things you put in there that you further emphasized the point of in your sketch book at the end. I'm greatly looking forward to more of your work :) thank you, you fantastic animator and story writer!

Bobert-Rob responds:

Well thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed this one! I certainly enjoyed putting it together. Perhaps I can do a better job of its presentation if another idea comes to me later. That'd be swell. :D
