Watching this just took me back to the days of my youth. I loved the classic Looney Toons, even if they WERE from the 20's.

Anticlimactic
All of the elements of a great flash submission were in this short of yours. The animation was fluid enough; the sound and music were very appropriate, and the style was nostalgic and pleasant. From what I saw, I could at the very least see that you put quite some effort into this.
The short's problem lies in your "classic" end. References to retro cartoons are nice and all, and I guess they can deliver a satisfying ending if done well, but this one ended your short abruptly and disappointingly. The dynamite bit does have its nostalgic feel, but it wasn't original enough or hilarious enough to end the short with a "bang" as well. Some twist ending perhaps would have delivered more laughs or at least more satisfaction.
Still, I liked your style; I just felt your short's overall quality depended largely upon the ending which, needless to say, didn't entertain me as much as it probably did others.
