Interesting but buggy

I definitely want to rate this game higher, as it's fun, looks great, and plays pretty well. I cannot, however, as it has at least one major bug. It indicated using either the arrows or the WASD keys to move around. Pushing D, though, instead of moving you right, resets the game to some weird level you can't do anything in except die. Maybe it's just a weird bug only I saw, but it's still not okay to have your directions tell you to do something and it just kills you.

EntropicOrder responds:

Problem fixed. I just uploaded a new version 1.2. I had associated D with a teleport for debugging a specific level and forgot to disable it. Sorry about that!

Really Fun Game that kept me intersted but.....

So......Great puzzle plate-former. The idea of changing your surrounding worked perfectly and the game ran smooth as silk. As other have commented a sequel should be made here to remove the issues with this one. The obvious first one is the story sucked. I was hoping for cuts scenes at every level so that story really went some where. Unfortunately that just didn't happen. The story was just not there. As for gameplay.....while the game kept my interest until the very end, the game puzzles were very easy to solve. The hardest part was finishing a level without taking any damage. Unfortunately while I enjoy playing the levels. I was left with zero desire to replay any of the levels. You should make the path you need to take in the puzzles less obvious. It would be awesome if you created multiple paths to get to the end of the puzzle and possibly adding in other items to collect. So you could take teh shortest path or collect other items for bonuses you could come up with. As I said great game and well worth the playing, but is definitely only a one shot puzzler lacking replay value. I look forward to the follow up of this game.

Ok...

Well done! Here's my list of criticisms...

-The character looks "dopey," while the rest of the environment looks great.
-About thirty seconds after switching to a character, the music stops abruptly and restarts its loop. It sounds awful.
-What the heck is that health "ball" doing there? It's quite hard to read off it.
...and worst of all...
-This game needs instructions, in the actual game. Maybe a tutorial level? I had no idea how it worked when I started playing it, and had to figure it out.

I Appreciate

The great detail involved in this game and everything else. I did not however enjoy this game but maybe it's because it's just not my type game.

Not bad not good

The game is not too bad. Nice music to match the different stages of the human. From future to past and present. What the game is lacking is action. Too boring if your just dodging the enemy and your life always refills. It's a good game if you want to kill time and not have fun. If you really want to make it interesting, add some fighting skills, make it more flashy, and make the monsters attack back. The music could use a better action sound than a puzzling tune that would make people want to fall asleep or tune up some "The Used" or Newgrounds audio portal.
