this made me laugh so hard, the build up is well done, and the anticlimax is hilarious. Maybe it's just because it's late, but I thought this animation is original and funny. Yes its not very classy humour, but it was still well done, and that went a long way.

simple bland animation, and only one joke
it lacked lush color making it dull, the voice were okay i kinda like your accent. the joke at the end was a bad pun i knew it was going to happen. that's it
I deliberately avoided these "lush" colours you speak of. It was supposed to have a washed-out, water colour look to give it a storybook kinda vibe.

Personally, I think socialism is totally cockamamie bullshit. But that's ideology for you. I tend to have somewhat radical political views. For example, I think there should be NO political parties. Yet the USA has 2. And they are both frustratingly stupid.
Getting to the point, this was a fun little animation and I couldn't help but smile and shake my head gently at this. I liked it. The animation was very good, and your easter egg was informative and almost just as interestinb if not more so than the animation itself. Such a thing is not easy to achieve in an international society with a collective attention span of 12 seconds.
The one thing I'm counting off for is its shortness and the fact it takes a fair while to actually get to its point. This could have been done a few different ways to make slightly better use of the time, but it was still fantastic and part of me feels really guilty to give anything short of a 10, considering the work and love you clearly put into making this fun little piece.
Still, with those thoughts in mind, I give this a 4/5 and a 9/10
