Only thing is that the difference between easy and hard wasn't very present, or at least I couldn't really notice.

Bug Found
So, I had just killed the final big robot boss, at least I assume it's the last one (by the way, entirely too annoying to get up to the top to shoot it in the head with the sheer number of fireballs blowing the platforms away) and as the boss was exploding, a fireball comes along and kills me after I had beat him. Then whenever I would continue after that at the robot boss I would be frozen in place, and just get trampled.

That is crappy. The player pause is the cause man. Apparently we need to put a fail safe in place in case this unlikely event happens.

Hello!
This game is really nice! I just got all 6 medals and it was fun playing through this game. 3 unique levels with very different bosses, weapon upgrades, new skills, new outfits, dazzling SFx, MIDI BgM and lots of cute pixels just like in the good old times!
In case of some sequel, a 2-player mode would be nice! Contra-style!
