Kinda Nice...
When your animation her use layers for her body parts and face. If you just draw the whole thing it wouldn't look as good. If you look at her in that animation you'd see that her side were kinda rough. This is what happens when you draw her then animate. If you look at some animators you'll see that they use lots of layers for their characters while animating. The results of animating this way is much better than the method you used there.
Another thing you could improve on is lip syncing. When people talk, they don't just open their mouths for words to come out. The mouth usually opens in different ways as a person is talking. For example, if you say 'snake' with your mouth open the word comes out as 'hake'. I hope this review helps you.
P.S: I'm not the best of explaining things so I suggest going to YouTube for some animating tutorials.
