Good, but not as good.
This game was really good, but to be honest I preferred the first one, you felt more trapped and surrounded and it also felt like there were more zombies. But still in saying that this one was fun and I eagerly await part III.
9/10 Great but not perfect, need bigger hoards more often to keep the player feeling overwhelmed and to generally make the game harder.

I liked it but it was too easy.... i completed the whole game without dyieing and b4 i complete i almost died and those health vials wasent working is it a bug?
Maybe it was not so clear but:
Medikits heal your health points (red bar lenght)
Red vials cure your zombification desease (reducing the green bar advance)
Green big vials are picked and stocked in action to buy genetic boosts (skills upgrade) from the Trader.
