It's well done but I ran into a few problems with the dialogue box on the bottom getting in the way of my actions. Also, I found the game to be a bit hard right off the bat. I feel like the first elf should be a little more tolerant of mistakes.. just so that players can get the hang of it without getting frustrated. It frustrated me enough that I don't even want to play it.

I couldn't pass the first surgery, I did everything I had to but the god damn elf kept dying when I TRIED to put out the flames in his heart, and I tried alot of times...
