first off, the bitchers should play the first two ameteur surgeon games for your "tutorial". The game is fine although i am having some difficulties on those scorpions.

really fun
i dont know why the people are complaining, but personally i think this is a fantastic OT game. its realistic, and thats what makes it fun. if you take away the health and the time, you might as well be operating on a plastic doll, right? one problem is that i felt instructions were quite unclear. maybe you could include a 'practice session' for first timers to test out all the moves? merry xmas lol.
First one was alot better
This one could've been alot better. The first one actually gave you an entire view of the operating table, this just kinda "makes you guess". How does one kill the scorpions??? Tried everything, nothin works... the first game was better...
Alot of time put in, not enough given
I can see that this would be an AWESOME game, if it actually lost the time limit and let the player go at their own pace. But sense it doesn't, it butchers the playing experience and just makes you want to put it down and walk away. It's really a disappointment...
Too Hard Too Fast
Seriously, the game gets too hard on just the first level. Never mind the lack of a tutorial since procedures & tools are explained in the pause screen, how are you supposed to remove all the bulbs stuck in the elf? They don't show up when you try to x-ray him, so are you just supposed to GUESS where they are? That is an insult to the player.
