I actually created an account just so I could tell you how much of a steaming pile of dog shit this is. The text lags and in most cases is not helpful at all. The tools make no sense and half aren't recognizable. It kept blinking at tools I didn't need, the dialogue was meaningless and distractiing. Add to that the fact that it's exactly like every other surgury game out there and this is a pretty dismal entry.

Im not going to moan about the difficulty, i did when I first played it but when I got into it I stopped being a moany bitch like all these other guys not giving this game half a chance, and realised it is an awesome game. I will ask one question though, how the hell do I get rid of the bugs on his heart on the 3rd level, not the frozen ones you can remove, the ones that come out of the open wound later on??
