i really liked this gabe but
i really like the amerature surgeon games but the burn effect did not work on the first elf right below the wire. i would pull the bulb out tape/stich it and burk all the other cuta and they would heal but when i tried to burn that cut it would burn the elf to death everytime i tried it

This game is pretty friggin amazing its fun, and addicting for me. For those who are getting frustrated that your patient is dying too fast, click the power drill and then the pixie dust and follow the red looking box while holding, until it disappears. Hoped it helps! :)

it's almost impossible to pass level!! the elf die fester and u have to do all too fast!!

Great game. Since it was made by a company my worded review wont really matter to the creator instead I'll direct it towards players.
Quite simply anyone that says this is too hard needs to play the first one and "learn the ropes" before trying it. Here's a few tips. . .
A black outline means burn
A green outline means "pixie dust" it
A yellow outline means cut, either with a knife or the bone-saw.
for the ant-like bugs use the tazer, for the scorpions use the bone-saw.
For poison use the knife and cut 3 times, then suck up the poison, then proceed to heal the wounds.
And last but not least, READ THE DIALOGUE, it will tell you what to do in bizarre scenarios.
Great idea, bad execution!
My first problem is the dialogue at the bottom of the screen gets in the way. For example the first level you have to waste time click on the dialogue so you can tape the first cut. In the first level you have way to many objects to extract from the patient. You have to move slowly to avoid killing the patient but you can't because you have a timer, and the patience vitals always telling you to hurry. Then we have Mincer, which is nothing more then a guessing game. Took my two tries to figure out that you need to use fire when putting the eye on. Then there is the many random objects that you have to use to assemble the freak show reindeer. Who in there right mind on their first guess would figure out that the candy cane is supposed to be used for a leg. This is a creative idea, with fun dialogue but the difficulty is unreasonably hard.
