10 /10 but...
1. Why do you need to use a chainsaw to cut out the kidneys? Aren't the kidneys composed of soft tissue?
2. If you need to use the Turkey Cutter to saw away at ice because the Kitchen knife isn't powerful enough, then why in god's name do you get health points taken off when you try the Kitchen Knife?! Shouldn't the kitchen knife just graze off the ice without making an incision? -then why does a cut show up, why do you have to cauterize the cut -THROUGH THE ICE!!!
3. Why does scotch tape hurt the patient? In the original game, you were using metal staples, so stapling a person anywhere on their body would be a logical source of pain and injury. But this is the Christmas edition... You aren't using piercing metal staples, you're using colorful scotch tape.
4. Why does my patient have a heart rate of 23 when I've removed his old heart and I've taken my sweet time to put in a new one? You'd think he'd have no heart rate if he didn't have a heart.
5. Why can't I take the bugs out of the patent with the tongs? Why do I need to shock them with the tazer to kill them?
Anyway... 10/10 for fun game play and gross cutting noises. My sense of dark humor is more tickled than my sense of logic is offended.

dude this is one of the funnest games on the internet and like its a lot funner on the iphone and its easier cause its less sensitive but still overall o very good game i like the first one better since there was more people to fix and that there was a better story to it and the easiest level on this one is probably santa
