I dont think theres a Need to fix the Voice.
Its an Awesome beggining, but that voice gives my an feel of a Kid that has been pushed around. Also it gives an Inhuman feel. I dont think you need to fix it.

Animation gets a B+. The music in the backround is awesome. Plus the story, it's pretty cool! Although it's more like a teaser than an actual episode.

It could turn out to be a great series, but it definitely needs some tweaking. The dialogue needs to be expanded and the voices (mainly the kid) need a bit of work. Other than that, you're on the mark imo.
