Well... first I'll just say that great job on the animation and voice, I didn find any big problems so 5 and 10. ;)
Now to bein an noob. XD
So what I didn get was why did Jerrys mom want to put him in an orphanage when she was so nice with Jerry (No the "She didn have the thing to rais him" is not an answer.).
And the the part that almost made me cry was: for killing your mother you're grounded for three days.
Kay so all in all keep it up bro and I hope I'll be seein good stuff like this in the future. ;)
