Reviews for "Imperium II"

Like many games...

good concept, bad application
The "war" system needs to be reworked. I haven't seen morale play a major role so, if the barbarians had more units i would let them come through, then when they had far fewer units I would send my units in.

Also, the day system takes too long in the early stages, it should be replaced by the good old "end turn" button.

needs work but is a good start

disproportionate

the gold mine produces only 250 gold/day, costing 1250 gold, but the market produces 500 gold/day, costing only 250 gold more - u see the problem

Needs some work

while it is initially fun and i would love to play it with some improvements.

as mentioned in some previous reviews:

- broke when i saved it. Locked browser and upon reload. no lands, all resources undefined.
- war was not very well done. pointless and frustrating.
- need to know the value of things like upgrades and what you get for them.
- what does a palace do for you?

otherwise i like the dynamic that you have to balance your resources and so forth.
Could be a real nice game.

man...

if only i can save...
i spent 8 hours straight playing this game and yes theres sooooo many bugs....
so saddening at the amount of bugs.
i was near destruction and all of a sudden i was indestructable
i wish i could save so i can take a break.
i want to beat the game and i am only half way...
win the game conquering all areas...ugh...

for effort and a good game and for all the countless bugs... this gets a 4 from me...

i am disappoint

Imperium I looked good and I thought the sequel would have all the tweaks needed to make it a good game but you've somehow managed to make it worse.

1: The economy mode should really be turn based, no one wants to wait 1 minute for a day to pass when it takes 30 days or so before you start expanding your empire.
2: You need more information on the amount of resources produced per day and the productivity of buildings and their productivity if you upgrade them.

I like strategy games but this is tedious even for me and I agree with a lot of the people here complaining.
