people are deffinately right about this piece being deep. looks like there is a don't go chasing after a girl that doesn't love you kind of feeling or dont chase something that you aren't sure of.... none the less good stuff, oh yea i honestly don't believe that the message was that you were throwing your life away by playing video games..... i think that someone maybe not the author but a friend perhaps? was emotionally injured by a girl he liked... in my opionion,

i believe its talking about wasteing your life on two things: running after someone who doesnt love you OR wasteing your life on a game that ends the same way "kill this dragon/boss monster thing you get the girl lalalala" e-e its kinda true.....
