I loved this game. 1 of the best I've played here on NG's. Awesome Job. Can't wait for shadez3
Really good game
It's a really good game, but sometimes its a little bit annoying if you face a new enemy unit or builduing and you have no idea if its dangerous, to what and so on. For example the antiairstrike shields... i found there function in the last mission when it was to silly to me to rush the enemy base.
A good tactic (but expensive and timeintensive) strategy is to build AA and grounddefence in a long line slowly coming near the enemy, your towers have a greater range as there towers and if you are not on the other side of a hilltop, his units wont even come to shoot.
I agree with death54545 that loosing 1 civie results in gameover is hard. But i see it as a challenge.
Another point mentioned is the probleme with the enemy not attacking when bombing him... actually, he is attacking, but it is the place where your missile/bomb/ect. exploded. you can easily see this when you send a rocket at a poiunt where is no unit next to (of course you should hit sth.). Every enemy unit will run to this point, but return to the front when it was there. I think this is a defence mechanism against the marinedrop, but of course i cant be soure. definitly its annoying.
All in all i would say its a perfect game which is definitly worth the 10 points.
hmm...
am i the only one noticing that the voice in this game is the same in red alert 2? but BTW dis a great game
