Reviews for "Being One - Episode 4"

Great

Found myself enjoying all of the series, but this wasn't my favourite and the reason for that is that the story (which I have loved since the beginning of the game, all of the supernatural experiments were great) fell flat at the end where we got a text screen explaining everything. It just seemed like there should have been something more to it, I was hyped up but let down.

All in all, though, this was another great installment and I hope you continue to make more games of this sort. You've really got a knack for it

bleh..

its was great, but the ending was weird and left me with a bad taste in my mouth. also you should have put a death scene or something for venus. and where the hell is the doc?

Well. . .

I have to say, though others seem to have a view that the Being's identity was a little less than predictable, I personally believe this was fairly obvious, even to the point it was taken. The ending was a little on the let-down side of things. It seemed more like time was running short so it was easier to just put a text card up rather than really explain things. That being said, were this a made-for-tv movie, I'd have thought a bit more of this because it is better than most recent Sci-Fi (Read SyFy) movies.

The game is great, I like the concept and the overall feel, and some of those tools that just kinda disappear I would like to see elsewhere. And, the multi-tool is carried across the latter three games, but used in Episode Two, and for exactly one part in the Episode Three.

My only other concern is the fact that there is no multiple ending. There is no way (That I can see[Spoilers ahead]) to set the ending toward finding the Doc. [Spoilers Stop] I can see where that would be rather long-winded, even for this kind of game, because if that path had been put in, there would probably be a few out there that would want an extra fork in the storyline, myself included.

good, but not perfect

it started out promising but the end was very rushed, I mean, what about Dr. Rycroft and the co-ordinates he told you to fly to? And Venus, did she really die?Other than that it was great, but there were too many questionsat the end so i'm giving you 7/10 4/5.

whole series

You did a perfect job on episode one. Good length, good story.
Episode two was freaky, I liked the story, and it was perfect length.
But, episode three was very short, I wanted to see some other research floors. The story was pretty good, but its worse then episode two.
Episode four has a very freaky story, but, it was short, and the ending was stupid.
I would give the series a 7/10, but seriously, i think it could've been like 11/10 if you put some more time into it.
