You have a incredibly unique drawing style. And this universe you've created, with it's infusion of hip-hop music (which suits it PERFECTLY), bounty hunters, and not to mention some badass powers, makes it feel kinda like Samurai Champloo, and Cowboy Bebop combined in a VERY good way. The voices, color. scenery were superb. And the quality of the story and animation, well...need I say more? ahah. HOWEVER...I have one question... why haven't you made more? :P
