A mediocre platformer, made annoying by a gimmick.
I struggled through with the excessive dialogue screens, purposely avoiding extra items I might normally collect and trying to minimise the number of times they popped up.
I'd hoped that maybe the ending would give some meaning to them - explaining their necessity or placing them in some broader context at least.
As is, it seems like a mediocre, if short and easy, platformer, made twice as long and infinitely more annoying to play by your gimmick.
Whether it's meant to be funny or provide food for thought, I don't really get it.

yes funny idea... but the constant flashing made me want to SNAP, i started avoiding coins and jumps so i could enjoy myself... not cool, not cool.
it's pretty fun...
I had alot of fun with it. Simple platforming concept, and the dialogue every time you did something made me giggle. It felt like I was going to have a seizure with the constant flashing between screens, but i still had fun.
I don't know.....
You see, I get that the point of the game is to annoy you, but the thing is, it could have been a really great game if you didn't do that. Maybe put an option to turn off those popups, and have a trophy if you beat the game with the popups on?
