It wasn't horrible, but to me, there wasn't much keeping me interested. You say you have cock-humor, but it wasn't really humor at all, just a crucified penis.
Another peeve I had was that none of the characters were in original Madness proportions, which is more of a personal preference, but it annoyed me either way.
Otherwise, the animation was decent, and the killings were *mostly* interesting.

This was kinda cool, the plot was ran through so fast that I almost had no I idea what was going on. And Jebus with the penises? what was that all about? althoutg all of the kills were great! Especily the Jebus kill, that one was awasome!

Oh yea mak the fights look better with more gore blood and killings and also violence.
