It was good...
however, it reminded me too much of "Chris and Harry" by Chris O'neil. Some of the scenes were too much alike. You just replaced coconut cake with table soccer....
The art was very well done just try to be more original next time.

Lacking in certain sound effects
In terms of impact, I enjoyed it. Funny, original, and with just enough seriousness to make it wildly random (yeah, figure that one out).
But in terms of the asthetics department, I'd say work on your jaggies and animation a little more, and get some sound effects. You seem to have got your energy effects from DBZ, so get some sound effects for your grunts and screams from DBZ as well, as it's full of them.
