Oh I remember this game, what happened to the creator? last game was in 2014.
Wow... What an ending.
Animation was good, art/visuals were great, voice acting was impressive for a flash game, music was emotional and gripping, and the story kept me hooked. This is one of my top favorite point-and-click games.
(The reason I took off half a star was due to that annoying remote-control car mini-game.)
Edit: I didn't mind at all the religious influences in the game (I'm LDS myself but I'm also a realist).
In fact, I liked how the game portrayed the different reactions by various characters of a world ending scenario with subliminal religious themes; from disbelief and ignorance (Rick), to fear and uncertainty (Ira, Johnathan), to full-on religious fanaticism (Seth).
Amazing but way too difficult took me over nine years to beat. 1st attempt was when I was only 9 years old.
Perhaps I'm not good at this game or I'm missing out on very obvious things, but this game so far has been very difficult because a lot of the clues are hard to find or aren't intuitive. The puzzles are interesting enough but so far this game has been really slow for me because I can't figure out what to do and I just end up clicking everything to see what works...
