well, i don't know the real name, but it's true, it's a military law, than any country can have a small group of nuclear heads in their military storage, besides, the U.S.A have an Anti-nukes satelite and the only thing will do is detect the nuke, launch some anti-nukes misiles and kick some nuke's from the sky, but, if north corea want's to launch a nuke, will become another war... the 3rd world war... please don't fight and talk, the worst damage is done by words, not by nukes
bsides, i'm spanish, so that explains my 5 years old english, sorry, and besides, the spanish doesn't has a piece of a cake of the WWI and WWII, in WWI, the spanish makes the uniforms of the soldiers, and in WWII, the italians tried their bombers in some citys of spain, causing thousands of deads and injureds, one of those was my father's uncle...
