Im probably being a bit biased here as i despise furry animals talking.
Your animation was a bit patchy here and there lots of gaps etc. and the running cycle was quite odd looking
BUT
You have a great deal of potential in your work and your story telling is great.

Yea Yea, the story should be very good and the artwork is above average but anyway the bad voice acting and some other ugly drawings made me laugh... You cannot bring out emotions with this stuff... improve your artworks a bit and try to edit your voice with a program like audacity...

PS. I really had to laugh at some points... should this story be sad? And one dog lost a leg wich you can find 2 meters away from it, how brutal :D

you know i think you have a lot of potential, not the best animation but still somewhat engaging. I hope to see improvement on dialog and art but i think you can do great things in time.
