Meh!
I don't see why this is so high up on the board. The art and animation is cute but basic, the jokes are below par and overall, the entire thing just feels rather mundane. Please try harder next time.

This is truly a wonderful masterpiece.
The animation was superb, and the jokes were really funny. The highly cute designs only helped it along. The only quarrel I have is that the only anime reference it had in it was Lucky Star. I would have just LOVED to see some Haruhi, Naruto, and K-ON in there. ^__^;
Cool beans.
It was nifty except for the inexplicable lesbian kissing scene, which just turned me off from the rest of the movie. Good points for the animation and audio, but points off just for trying to appeal to some lowest common denominator.

Only funny if you enjoy anime or think Lucky Star is funny.
If not, then this is not for you.
