Items. Like something to stun/kill/distract the guards with, or armour, for example
Modes. ex. suicide mode (the guy 2x below me)Timed mode etc.
And finally:
MORE LEVELS!!! Maybe a lvl editor so people could share.

This game is good fun and the two powers you have are both incredible usefull. I'd complain about the fact that the enemies are pretty good at catching and killing you about a step away from the level exit but that's what makes the game a challenge. If you make another ultimate assassin ( please please please please do XD) perhaps you could make it so you can kill one or two enemies but like with your quarry if the body is discovered the alarm is raised and after the other enemies are more intense and move about quicker perhaps.

How about instead of killing the guards, there's a SUICIDE MODE! where you get to just run in and stab the guy then die. Or a button that let's you tap on a wall or throw a stone to DISTRACT! the guards. Or fine, the basic STUN MOVE!
