Pretty good
Its faster paced than Gemcraft and has new features, but it doesn't play as well as the first one on Newgrounds. It has many new rules and a new look, neither of which I truely enjoy. I'm sorry but I didn't have as much fun as Gemcraft.

Highly Anticipated
I was really looking forward to this game, after how awesome the first one was. It is at least as pretty, with many cool new aspects, and lots of replayability. The problem is that most of that replayability is wasted in the early levels when you can't even beat it on normal because everything is too expensive, it takes too long for crappy gems to deploy and switch places, and the monsters are all too fast. With a little tweaking, this game could be an incredibly worthy successor. However, in this state, I was too frustrated to attempt the level 8 stage for the fourth time, which is why I only give it a 7.

nice game but its littel boring
Needs Balancing
Skill allocation definitely plays a bigger role in this version. That's a plus.
However, once you hit level 14 or so, experience options become limited, and the next stages are too difficult to defeat. This would be better if the skills were opened up at lower levels, or the other missions were available. At level 15, its easy to get stuck because the mobs become too strong, but there aren't any experience routes left.
Cool
Well cool game you have here and I was not sure what to expect but it's cool the graphics are pretty smooth and you have a nice style here and that gem bomb is a life savour at times but I could see you adding some bonus stuff into these like more exploding gems and whatnot but for the most part this was pretty decent if you ask me. So adding more exploding stuff and adding the effect is cool too
