Overall,it was great!
That was definitely worth watching.Perhaps the graphics could be made slightly clearer,I found that the ligthing altered from each frame.I understand you might not be able to make the quality so high regarding the fact Newgrounds only allows a certain file size.If the lighting isn't caused by low graphics,then maybe that's something you might consider changing.
I prefer to sketch in greyscale when I do,and I know it would look better if there was a bit colour added so,perhaps you could add some to the skateboard ramps and the building the stickman first jumps off?
The music was awesome,so I don't think any adjustments are required.
Overall,the animations were great,and I appreciate the time that went into making this.

good animation w/ um... well it was so good i cant highlight any points. it is just that good. there is still room for improvment (low quality).
for a second one you should probably have the charachter kick the crap out of like.. a swat guy or somthing.
