I've always liked this game. I would very much appreciate a option to "never show again" the need help? message, cause it's very stupid to have to close it every time when you die a few times though.

If it had medals, then it would be perfect.
Medals are usually the things that make me play the game. But this game didn't even need medals to make me play it. If you added some... i don't think i need to say the rest.
