Simple yet enjoyable.
Shallow learning curve, good physics and challenging.
Nothing huge and impressive, but it is a very balanced and functional game. Which gets plenty of points in my book.
I like your choice style, but for quick and flawless recognition colors out do any other type of visual aid.

wat do the blank gears do?

The blanks are there to make it a bit more challenging (or to annoy players, depending on how you look at it). You can drop the gears once they're blank. (I was going to add an additional combo count for juggling blank balls, but later decided not to.)
Great, but boring after a while
I really liked it as a nice simple game u can play every now and again when waiting on something or bored and great for kids who are practicing numbers :) but it aint something you would play much if you made a 2nd one give it more of a challenge add a few things in at higher levels like bonus's maybe one which lets u hit anything without changing number.
Bit off balance, the levels
The first 4 levels were annoyingly the same and then the 5th suddenly came as a shock... maybe introduce the bigger numbers more gradually?
