Below average
This one was tricky, I initially wanted to give you a below average/ failing, then I thought harder, and looked at some of the other reviews and had a slight change of heart, mainly because I saw everything they did from the accuracy of the flash to its inherent shortness. This is what I observed:
-It was good for a madness short true, but I KNOW you can do better than this. If I didn't I might have even considered giving you an average. The car was a box, the sniper rifle wasn't as detailed as it could have been, and every structure from the buildings to walls was drab or freakishly square.
-The credits rolled too fast, making a replay button unnecessary, but I didn't pay attention to the credits and I refuse to go out of my way even in the slightest to do so.
-The music was fitting, I can almost say I'm proud of you for putting it in with the flash.
-For a madness short, it's almost perfect because of how you drew all the people, and the fact that everyone's arms are missing is also an obvious sign.
-The best thing you did here, was the transitioning, I had to watch it multiple times just to see every transition, you're better than actual editors in movies. Of course, you only had a few seconds, but this is also a plus. If I ever want anything edited, I would come directly to you. But I would kindly ask you to skip the gunshots.
All in all, you know what's wrong with the flash and don't really need anyone to help you. Make it longer, tone down the shot a bit, (or up the music) and keep your transitions as good as in this flash (it was the biggest factor in uping your rating).
