Ok, the violence was a bit stupid and pointless, but the ending was pretty good. The line "Let's go beat up some ..." isn't meant to be offensive to black people; I think it is poking fun at the police officer if anything. I know it's a horrible line, but it's meant to be stupid and absurd.
