I've never been fond of picoday...
But this flash... This was truly amazing.

The music, storyline, and artistic style all complemented each other perfectly. The sequencing was perfect-- a perfect balance between present time and flashbacks. Every idea screamed perfection-- from the very first transition, to the shaky hands grabbing the gun, the copy machine light, to the very last fade to black, and everything in between.
There was amazing detail in every frame; the only thing I had an issue with (and this is only a personal opinion) was the eyelashes. They distracted me a bit from what was going on, and they looked kind of odd. Like, they were of all different sizes. Of course, this is only a personal opinion-- to others this may add some extra artistic appeal.
This truly does deserve first place, but unfortunately people prefer humor over art and depth on newgrounds.
