As an RPG fan I found this game was above my expectations. The Battles are smooth and well thought out. The story sounds amazing. Combining the original Megaman story with Megaman X was a great idea. My only problem is even after going through the tutorial multiple times, I still can't use items in battle.
I await to be amazed again.
To use items in battle you need your Sync Meter to be at or past the second threshold. Then, once it's your turn to attack, press UP and you'll gain access to the secondary command list. I hope this helped, and sorry about the confusion. :)

I felt megaman AND rpgs in here. AMAZING!!!!! THATS LIKE SOME KIND OF MARIO RPG WHICH WOULD BE INSANE (I know that exists) :D

Amazing Idea
I'll agree with everyone else in saying that it feels too short but for something that looks and plays out so well, it must have taken a long while to accomplish. I still get a few freezes in mid-battle, the backgrounds during fights could be better, and the control layout feels weird. Space to confirm? Backspace for menu? I would've preferred that they be in the same area but regardless of the minor issues, it's still a great game with much potential. I'm excited to see the sequel.
Damn, I thought I solved that freezing problem. Hmm. Guess I'm going to have to look at that part again...

One minor bug is that some of the dialog is just empty lines.

was that all? it was interesting but ridiculoisly easy, i spent more time reading the intro than playing, i got all the items, did the boss on "hard" etc i was waiting for it to get incredible. Makes me reminisce about megman on the gameboy and N64, i gave u a 5, in the review a 4 cuz u can make this incredible...aw what the hell u get a 10 YOU PROMISED A 2ND ONE RIGHT?
