I must say;
You're good enough to actually DESIGN games. Like blockbuster games. You might even be able to work with Square Enix!
Will the data from there be transfered to the other game?

And to answer your very simple question, yes, the data will transfer. Everything you do in the demo will be accounted for in Chapter 1.

I only found one minor problem and one major problem
In the intro you put (and I quote)"eventually he WIL have to make a choice" note the spelling error
The major problem is that in boss rush mode you can jump over the first boss (I exited after that so I could tell you!)
Anyways because that was all I found I will rate it 8/10 and 4/5 (The jump over boss was the death penalty for the 10 and 9)

The battle system is just like that blond across the room. A simple and beautiful thing. This needs no improvement at all.
Upgrade
The amount of customization is great compared to my expectations.
