Reviews for "The Guardian: RPG"

Excellent Performance.

It may be only a Zelda spoof mechanics-wise, but despite it's cookie-cutter storyline, the gameplay is rather entertaining, and has that old-school Zelda-esque challenge level to it. Bravo. I'll be looking forward to the next chapter in the series.

OMG!

Pretty Good Game, but I have an idea. A quest. Like, when you \'re done with Conrad's Thing (I haven't played through the game YET!) Like, you go back to your house, then, there's an explosion in the wall and Goblins flood the house. Then you get thrown on a boat's dungeon with lots of other people and a guy with a black hood, with nothing but a stick for protection. You have to fight off 3 goblins, and then grab your sword and shield. You fight off Na-goblin (Napoleon... epic ftw?) but he's impossible to kill. So, you have to get to 1/2 Hearts, and then the guy in the Black Hood comes out of nowhere, with a GIGANTIC BLUE GLOWING sword. He's the "Aura Guardian" or some other rice paddy like that. He defeats Nagoblin, then the ship sinks. You can breathe underwater, but you have to find your way to land. The rest of it is up to you! ^^ And I think you should keep your graphics.

pretty good

Sometimes he would randomly start walking extra slow in the middle of the day, but no big deal. should probably add a block button. I didn't play through the whole thing, so I don't know if you have a bow and arrow already, but if not you should add that too. maybe a pike, an axe, or something like that. Sailing would be cool, but then you'd have to add some kind of flying contraption for people like me later too. Maybe you can give it it's own sport...? You know, for a minigame or a sidequest or something. If you give it sailing and let us travel to different places across the ocean, then you should make a kingdom that's in the middle of a war or a rebellion, where you have to help out so things calm down and they can help you. Or so you can pass to the next area. Kind of cliche, but it's always fun to play around with. The art could be a little more refined, but it's good the way it is. Good luck, can't wait to see the next istallment.
