Really good game

The only part that sucked was the "action Points" chipping away at your health when you hit zero. that, combined with the lack of extra lives/ full health restore at the start of each level made you basically screwed if you took a while to solve a simple puzzle, as even the smallest monster could wipe the floor with your corpse on the next level. I would suggest either a lives system (3 or 5 or so until you get a game over), restore part of the health at the end of each level, allow you to continue/heal somewhat at the cost of points, or simply put more health potions in the levels. Finally, I would strongly suggest that instead of tying it to your health, you should instead make the action points a point multiplier, and so the more time you take the less of a score you get. Other than that, fun concept, and hope to see a sequel!

Sweet

Awesome game. Not to much story to make it boting either. Controls are easy. The art was awesome. It's really easy to get into and the difficulty is nice. I like how it gets harder as you go but not too hard. The last battle is definitely a challenge. The only thing bad was in one stage i was fighting the devil and there were no blocks left to click adn i had to restart. Other then that the game was sweet.

Very good

Armor makes me immune to having 0 Action Points, giving me infinite play time if I want it. This seems a little too exploitable to me, but then it mostly makes me wonder why there's a Action Points to begin with. Other than that it's a fun game with a nice graphical presentation and good choice of music.

It should have a retry button, sometimes you get more or less screwed and it sucks to have to arrange your death while you wait so you can continue.

Big Bad Devil

Personally I loved the way you worked the Devil fight. The intervening enemies might have been half-unnecessary, but the fight was really fun. It was frantic in a only-the-best-choices puzzle way because of constraints regarding how long potions could keep you afloat.

I had 58 hp when I fought him and it took about 3 tries to get him all the way down on easy. This felt just about right, considering I stacked all full potions when I headed into Hell and had two to spare by the end of that group of stages.

I loved the sounds, music was mutable which let me pump out iTunes while drilling away and that was good, and the strategies needed to tackle all the various monsters in their attack methods combined to make a game that's hard for me to tire of. I'm worried I may not know my left from my right though because I kept getting confused on which way to turn the board to get certain angles.

indeed original

thogh original, yet satisfieing as an old video game arcade type.
