but theres a reson why mr game and watch isnt a round no more. i mean it was great in the 80's but now its not

The speed is fine on my PC, not sure why you're having those issues. And I'm not sure what you mean by "doesn't always work". It runs flawlessy even on my PSP.
this was ridiculously bad
it wouldnt let me even control it! i just sat there and watched it.
either that or it was sooo glitchy i gave it a 1 because it didnt even let me control it

There should be a rule that you're not allowed to review until you read the instructions. Go ahead and take a minute with the big ol' "Author Comments" section above. Now read the first sentence under "Controls".
I'm guessing you never had a game & watch as a kid, so I'll forgive you :) You hadn't pressed a button to start the game yet, you were watching the demo/clock screen, it's how they worked.
Of course, even without reading the instructions, you probably could've tried pressing some buttons instead of just staring at the screen. ;)
