Actually, you have to get every weapons achievements (including the pipe but not including artifact 19) then just let yourself die. Start a new round and you should have artifact 19.

hey great job on the game i really enjoy playing it and kicking ass but im a big cheater and i really liked the Grenade Dart bug it really helped in some situations lol but besides my favorite bug being taken off this game truly deserves a 10/10 keep em' coming...MORE THING THING!!!!! lol
