i've always REALLY hated tom goes to the mayor. Just whats the point of wathcing paper figures barely move? Anyways, it started out funny, but then just went down hill. But it was OK and not a waste of my time.

well the fact that your story sucked/was not entertaining in the least and that stupid tom show is the worst show on adult swim....you have nice bgs so thats the only reason you get any stars...
Could use work
While it's an interesting enough premise, I feel like you're trying too hard to emulate TGTTM, rather than developing your own niche while using the same visual style. The editing skills are definitely there, but, generally the pacing feels way too slow in most cases. I think if you tightened up the writing a little, the awkward pauses would be much more powerful.

Nothing new, sorry but it felt like I was switching the TV on and was watching a some random tvshow .
You have some good a ideas and jokes but put them into something that wouldn't be shown on TV.

You definitely have the voices and scripting down, but I don't care much for the style of animation. You just gotta make it more appealing to the eye.
Just one more thing, the story just seemed, to go on and on and on... got kinda annoying, see if for next time you can make it flow better.
